High Temperature Hot Water Pump
A high temperature hot water circulating centrifugal pump is designed to handle with high temperature medium. It is a centrifugal pump with single stage end suction cantilever, is a horizontal center line support. The deformation and displacement of the pump caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction at high temperature are minimal. High temperature hot water circulation pumps are mainly used in coal chemical industry vaporization unit as the preheating pumps, can also be used in chemical fertilizer, petroleum, chemical and other high temperature section as the high temperature medium pump.

1. The working condition of the hot water pump is high temperature and high pressure, and the force of the water pump must be balanced. In the design of the pump body, the outlet flow channel is designed into two spiral chambers, and the two outflow spiral chambers are symmetrical 180°, so that the radial force of the pump is balanced.
2. A water cooling chamber is designed in the pump bracket of the hot water pump to prevent the heat of the pump from being transmitted to the motor end through the base.
3. The bearing box component is the support part of the rotor, which is equipped with a set of radial ball bearings and a pair of back-to-back thrust ball bearings to withstand residual radial and axial forces.
4. Both ends of the bearing suspension are equipped with oil rings and dust caps.
5. It is equipped with balanced static mechanical seal and adopts closed self-circulation washing method. Make the liquid in the sealing cavity form a small circulation, reduce the temperature of the medium in the sealing cavity, and greatly extend the life of the mechanical seal.
